Unlike Many other companies, a full service can be offered in house. This means every step of your fireplace or stove project can be undertaken by our own experienced people, from the initial site survey and chimney sweep, right through to the finished installation. Another major difference at Embers is that our sales people are also registered installers with many years of experience, this means expert advice is always on hand and only good practical advice is offered.
At Embers a full after sales service is offered, this can range from giving advice to arranging servicing and sweeping visits or supplying fireside accessories.
